Hands of HOPE

It’s time for another round of peer support group for us with diagnosed mental health issues!
Our last session went well and we learned so much from each other. So let’s get together again to meet (virtually) others who may not be in the same boat as you but are going through the same storm. Take the opportunity to share your experience, your ups and downs as someone with #mentalhealth issues and also find out how others heal and thrive.
The 90-minute session will be on 16th April 2022 at 3.00pm MYT/GMT+8. To ensure that everyone gets sufficient time to share their experience, we limit the number to 15 participants only. There will be a fee of RM7 for each session.
The sessions will be conducted via Google Meet and we will email the link to registered participants.

TAJAAN MAKANAN PANAS

UNTUK MANGSA BANJIR & SUKARELAWAN

WhatsApp Image 2021-12-20 at 15.04_edited.jpg

PRESTIGE MALAYSIA ONLINE

Are your social media habits causing you to feel anxious, insecure, and unproductive? Social media doesn’t necessarily have to have a negative impact on your mental health; here’s a list of Instagram accounts to help with your mental health.

Life as we know it has changed significantly since Covid-19 entered our lives. Most of us are already dealing with enough stress, to begin with, and the pandemic is the last thing we needed in our lives. The effects of its came crashing down almost immediately, raining hailstorm down on our parade. People have started feeling very isolated and the burden of not being able to carry out the simplest chores definitely took a toll on most of us.

Let’s not even get to dealing with Covid-19 positive cases (from self to family and all the way to the larger community) and the loss of income. In spite of that, the one thing that we noticed shifting during these challenging times are the discussions centred around mental health. More and more people and organisations are taking it upon themselves to focus on mental health discussions, extend a helping hand and spread some positivity.

We’ve rounded up 10 mental health Instagram accounts from Malaysia you should follow not just for a more positive feed and happier mind, but also for a journey of healing and transformation.
